There are 36 entrées on the Main Hangar Restaurant's dinner menu that are one-of-a-kind. All 36 entrees are prepared using recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation. Fifteen Sicilian entrees grace our menu, all of which are derived from our family recipes. All dinner entrees are served with bottomless bowls of fresh garden salad featuring homemade Zesty Sicilian House Dressing and endless homemade Focaccia Bread.
All salads are served with endless homemade focaccia bread with extra virgin olive oil and parmesan cheese.

The Tuscan Salad: Your choice of marinated steak or grilled chicken served on top of iceberg and romaine lettuce with red onion, fresh parmesan cheese, tomatoes and homemade creamy Sicilian dressing.
Taco Salad: Taco meat on top of lettuce and taco chips. Topped with shredded cheddar cheese, tomato, black olives and jalapeno peppers. Served with sour cream and homemade salsa. 10.95
